The Santa Vitória Seleção Rosé comes from the sunny Alentejo region and is made from the grape varieties Baga and Trincadeira. With its clear, vibrant rosé color, it presents itself fresh and inviting in the glass. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of strawberries, red currants, and melon.
On the palate, the Santa Vitória Seleção Rosé is very smooth, with lively acidity, beautiful freshness, and good persistence. The grapes are hand-harvested and, after a gentle pressing, undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures for six months on fine lees, adding extra finesse.
With an alcohol content of 13% and a recommended serving temperature of 8–10 °C, this rosé is the perfect companion for cold salads, seafood, fish dishes, or smoked salmon. The 2023 vintage was also awarded a gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2024, further proof of the outstanding quality of this wine.
