The Titular Branco 2022 is a fresh and well-structured white wine from the renowned Dão region in Portugal, produced by Caminhos Cruzados. It is crafted from a balanced blend of native grape varieties: 35% Encruzado, 30% Malvasia Fina, and 35% Bical, which together provide a complex yet harmonious character. The grapes are hand-harvested in small 15-kg boxes to preserve quality, gently pressed, and undergo static cold settling before controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This wine has an alcohol content of 13%.
On the nose, the Titular Branco offers fresh and fruity aromas with prominent citrus notes. The palate is lively with good structure and volume, complemented by a bright lemon-yellow color. It pairs wonderfully with grilled fish, seafood, salads, and light poultry dishes.
