Return Period:
You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return all or part of your order. Depending on your preference, we will offer either an exchange or a refund. These 14 days are calculated in calendar days.
Eligibility:
This return service is available only for orders delivered to and returned from a European Union country and is exclusively for private customers (not businesses).
Non-returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Special orders, custom quantities, or non-catalog items
- Custom-made products
- Food items
- Used products
Return Shipping Conditions:
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. To ensure a full refund of the product price, please return the products in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.
Ensure proper packaging in a sturdy box to protect the items during transit. We recommend using a registered parcel service with proof of delivery, such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. For returns from outside the European Union, please ensure you complete the necessary customs declarations and pay any applicable taxes.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Any parcel returned after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed. Refunds are issued within 30 days.
