Produced in the Alentejo region, at the Herdade do Esporão estate in Reguengos de Monsaraz. This extra virgin olive oil is made from a blend of traditional Alentejo olive varieties (such as Cobrançosa, Cordovil, Galega, Arbequina, Frantoio, and others).
With a maximum acidity of ~0.2%, it reveals a green-yellow color. The aroma is fresh and fruity — notes of green olive, herb, leaf, and fruit with subtle maturity.
On the palate it is fresh, balanced, slightly bitter and peppery, with a clean finish and hints of nuts.
Its flavor profile is versatile — excellent for both cooking and finishing dishes.
