Azeite Terras Dazibo Ânfora is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil from the Portuguese region of Trás-os-Montes. It is produced exclusively through mechanical processes and cold pressing (below 27 °C) to preserve the natural aromas and nutrients of the olives.
Made from the traditional Portuguese olive varieties Madural, Cobrançosa, and Verdeal Transmontana, this olive oil is characterized by an intense green fruity aroma. On the nose, it reveals notes of fresh grass, green tomato vine, green apple, and dried fruit. On the palate, it offers a medium bitterness, a delayed but present peppery finish, and an intense green fruit flavor.
With a maximum acidity of 0.3%, it meets the highest quality standards. It is excellent for cold consumption, for example, with cooked vegetables, fresh pasta, red meat, and various salads. For optimal storage, it is recommended to keep the oil cool and protected from light.
