After harvesting, the grapes are fully destemmed, gently crushed, and undergo cold maceration. Fermentation takes place in wide, shallow stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine then matures for 18 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels.
The aroma is fresh and intense, with notes of wild black fruits and black cherries, complemented by enticing hints of licorice and subtle oak nuances.
