The Gallo “Grande Escolha” is a premium extra virgin olive oil from Portugal, created from a careful selection of olives with different profiles throughout the entire harvest season. This results in a complex, harmonious, and balanced flavor. It is characterized by a pronounced fruitiness, moderate bitterness and spiciness, as well as a subtle sweetness.

This olive oil is particularly well-suited for social gatherings, where it can be used for dipping with vegetables, multigrain bread, or corn bread. Available in a 500-ml bottle, it has received numerous international awards since 2010, including gold medals at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition, the New York International Olive Oil Competition, and the Athena IOOC.
