Trinca Bolotas Branco – Vinho Branco DOC Alentejo is an elegant white wine from the southern Portuguese region of Alentejo, crafted by Herdade do Peso, a renowned winery located in Vidigueira. This harmonious blend combines two native grape varieties: Antão Vaz (60%) and Arinto (40%).
The grapes are sourced from sun-drenched vineyards typical of the Alentejo terroir. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal freshness and fruit expression. The wine is then aged for approximately three months on fine lees, enhancing its complexity and structure.
In the glass, Trinca Bolotas Branco appears a clear, bright yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals intense aromas of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and green apple, complemented by hints of citrus.
