This wine is a blend of the indigenous Portuguese grape varieties Touriga Nacional and Tinta Amarela, along with the international Cabernet Sauvignon.
After harvesting, the grapes are fully destemmed and fermented under controlled temperatures, with daily pump-overs. The wine then matures for 12 months in oak barrels, developing its structure and complexity.
