1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase agreement is concluded with Maria Carvalho, located in Praceta Luis Antonio Verney 32, Porto, Portugal.

3. Conclusion of Contract

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is formed when you click the order button.

4. Prices and Shipping

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before finalizing the order.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other methods offered during checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Estimated delivery times are shown during the checkout process.

7. International Shipping – Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. China, USA, UK), additional customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The local customs authorities or the shipping provider (e.g. UPS) will determine and collect these charges. We recommend checking the applicable import regulations in your country before placing an order.

8. Age Restrictions

For alcohol purchases, by placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country.
If our couriers have any doubts about the recipient’s age, they may ask for valid ID.
If suitable ID cannot be provided, the package cannot be delivered.

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
